I created a brand philosophy for CUOL, an edtech company in a market with big competitors. This includes the tone of voice and content approach based on their USP in providing outstanding Customer Service.

I led pitches with costed treatments with Brand and Marketing Directors. Accompanied by my creative and content strategy to produce promotional content on TV, YouTube, and OOH advertising campaigns. All content was based on customer stories.

Finally, finding my way’ - is one such story inspired by a real customer - a paramedic who was saving lives, and too busy to get married. But she burns the midnight oil on her nursing studies, gets a better job and surprises everyone by actually turning up at her wedding! All in 70 seconds.
